Mobility device maker ZTE selects Mitsumi as distribution partner for Africa

ZTE Corporation has selected Mitsumi Distribution as its strategic distribution partner for the continent. The agreement is expected to cover Nigeria, Kenya, Zambia, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, Ghana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Ivory Coast, Mauritius, Namibia, Tunisia, Cameroon, Madagascar, Burundi, Zimbabwe, Botswana.

The companies have agreed to co-invest in technical support staff, sales, and market development activities to enable the adoption of ZTE’s products; including switches/routers, video conferencing, data centre, WLAN, CCTV and CPE.

Hong Chuangye, Marketing Director of MEA Region , ZTE said, “ZTE can leverage Mitsumi’s capabilities and strong presence in Africa to further strengthen our reach within this region.
